About Tairāwhiti Mountain Honey
Tairāwhiti Mountain Honey is one of the few apiaries operating on the lower flanks of Mount Hikurangi. The apiary is co-managed with the local hapū, with seasonal access agreements that respect the mountain's significance to Ngāti Porou. Honey is intensely floral, deep-amber, and reliably premium-grade.
